The Role : This position is responsible for day to day co-ordination and execution of contract administration duties. The position also includes the co-ordination of client reports in accordance with the contract task requirements and as directed by the Contract Administration Team Leader. Responsibilities include and are not limited to : Providing administrative support to Contract Manager and technical on-site team. Preparation of monthly reporting in line with client requirements. Compiling quality assurance, operating and maintenance manuals Liaising with the NCSC for the creation of both causal and quoted works in Great Plains. Gathering and maintaining current information from subcontractors, suppliers and managers in accordance with the requirements of the business. Maintaining a database of accredited suppliers, insurance certificates and contact details. Raising purchase orders in Great Plains. Preparing documentation of invoices for the finance department as required. You demonstrate strong communication and computer skills including Excel (Great Plains desirable but not essential) and the ability to provide administrative support to the finance team.
