Construction/Builder Clean Supervisor — Brisbane CBD, Brisbane

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of all aspects of the Builders Clean operations for across different sites, ensuring a safe and efficient performance aligned with the strategic goals. The position supports the Operations Manager ensuring all front-line services are adequately organised, resourced and optimised. This includes compliance with laws and regulations, ensuring inter-departmental collaboration, implement best processes and practises across the organisation. The position also plays a key role in building trust relationship with clients and suppliers, identifying and implementing new business growth opportunities, inspiring people with an ongoing improvement and visible leadership. This is a working position that involves time hands-on in addition to the managerial and quality control responsibilities. The position is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of day-to-day builder cleaning operations across different construction services sites, with a hands-on approach and interacting with all workers and clients. ·Provide accurate quotes and estimates of work when required. Prepare accurate and timely reports for the Operations Managers, maintain the job schedule, daily record keeping of workers hours/set rates, and day dockets signed by clients for contracts and extra works. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, company policies and procedures, and manage health and safety issues across all sites, follow up on incidents, register accidents and support non-conformity investigations. Organise workflow and ensure the staff understand their duties, are competent and possess all relevant training, and have all the required equipment timely and in good working order to perform effectively in the workplace. Requirements Other details: · Physical demands to perform the work, including walking, kneeling, bending or crawling, lifting weights, hands manipulating tools, among others. · Must be able to work effectively from extension ladders and scaffolding. · Driver’s licence and willingness if needed to use own vehicle for business. · Evidence of completed a General Construction Induction or valid White Card QLD. · Personal protective equipment (PPE). · Occasional work out of normal hours may be required.
