Warehouse Manager — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

UGL Telecommunications is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC. The role involves capacity planning, fleet management, and the integration of systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, all done in a manner commensurate with safe operating practices, policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. About You You will draw on your diverse skills and previous experience to create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have: Oversee third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient operations. Develop and manage capacity plans to meet business needs. Supervise the management of the company's fleet to ensure availability and reliability. Design and implement optimal processes for seamless operations using SAP and supporting tools. Conduct weekly updates with Materials Coordinators on project progress and milestones. Optimise and prioritise orders to enhance efficiency. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per project requirements. Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking. Ordering: Manage Materials Coordinators to ensure free issue materials are ordered to support ongoing projects. Monitor and control stock movements to maintain accurate records. Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
