Accounts Administrator — Bibra Lake, Cockburn Area

Are you an experienced accounts administrator looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking an accounts administrator to join their team in a temporary capacity. Position Overview: As an accounts administrator you would assist the team by completing accounts and administration tasks such as emails, invoicing and quoting. This role is temporary from the 24th of June to the 28th of July to assist while a team member is on leave. This part-time position requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. The role also includes a one-week training and handover period. Responsibilities include: • Monitoring and responding to emails • Paying and filing weekly invoices • Entering invoices into Reckon • Creating and sending invoices to clients • Reconciling bank accounts and creditor balances • Liaising with paying tax monies • Setting up quotes • Ad-hoc office admin tasks To thrive in this role, you should possess: • Familiarity with Reckon software • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail • Previous experience in accounting, administration or similar roles • Full availabilities between the 24th June - 28th July Benefits • Competitive hourly rate • One-on-one training and handover period
