The participant is non-verbal and can exhibit challenging behaviours. We require experienced Support Workers who are calm and adaptable to changing situations whilst also being bubbly. About You Minimum 12 months experience with high complex disabilities. Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Nursing etc. Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices. Medication Administration Certificate Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Current Anaphylaxis First Aid Certificate VIC Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
