More information can be found at www.coopersurgical.com. At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service representative for Embryo Options in Australia. You will be a part of a growing business. Our customer service team is 4 engaged and autonomous team members. This role reports to the customer service manager. We have a busy fun environment and excel in helping each other. Our office is in Sydney, NSW and we have a hybrid workplace, with flexible working hours. Position In the role as Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for clinics and patient contact in relation to our service solutions - Embryo Options (EO). You will have daily contact with the customer, and take care of client inquires, while ensuring the platform works in an optimal way for the IVF clinics and clients. You will proactively liaise with relevant parties both externally and internally, which comes natural to you. You have a strong customer focus, high sense of urgency and a delicate diplomatic communication style both verbally and written. Hence a strong eye for detail and thoroughness are crucial for the success of this role, while meeting timelines. Responsibilities Manage and handle customers and clients inquires, complaints and insights Ensure correct set-up and usage of Embryo Options Support with ad hoc tasks related to your business area Maintain and improve SOP Manage and respond to inquires in a timely manner Collaborate with internal and external teams Relevant degree in Business Administration, Service or Hospitality 3 years of Customer Service experience with direct customer facing (preferably in multinational healthcare organization) Previously worked with a healthcare SAAS product Well-versed in MS-Office and other relevant systems such as ERP (preferably Navision) and CRM Collaborative with a structured approach Eye for detail Proactive and attentive Proficient English skills oral and written
