Manage the Pre-Con phase of house building projects for a successful and growing house builder in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. This could be the job for you The employer is an established house builder located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. They have a solid pipeline of work and offer secure employment. They have approachable management and Directors and pay well. They build throughout Victoria, often in beautiful areas including the Great Ocean Road and on the coast around the NSW border. Many of their projects are custom homes designed by their in-house Registered Architect. They are looking for an experienced Pre-Site Administrator or similar to step up into a Pre-Con Manager role. In this position you will report to the Operations Manager and co-ordinate the Pre-Construction process, drawing together information and documentation from the Design and Drafting team, external consultants, and the client, as you ensure the relevant council approvals are received, with support from a Permit Administrator. About you: - At least 2 years' experience of house building in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and customer service - An understanding of the construction process - Understanding of planning codes & statutory requirements (Rescode, NCC) - Hard working and self-motivated The Rewards They will pay $70k - $95k plus super depending on experience.
