As a customer service officer, you will be taking inbound calls from clients and providing assistance to direct them to the information and support they need. To be successful in this role you will need to have: A genuine passion for providing first class customer service Great communication skills A warm, friendly but professional manner The ability to attend to the smallest details Effective organisational skills A terrific team person – flexible, supportive, friendly and enthusiastic.
