Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Librarians or Teacher Librarians for a temporary leave replacement position starting 5 August 2024 to 11 October 2024. This is a part time 0.6 position delivering library classes to students from ECLC-Year 4. This position is based at our St Kilda Road Junior School campus. The Librarian's key focus is to deliver literature and research programs and support to students and teachers in our Junior School library. The librarian's goal is to add value to the curriculum by: Working with teachers on the delivery and resourcing of the curriculum. Developing and delivering of programs and approaches to literacy, in particular reading for understanding and reading for pleasure. Lead and support the delivery of Book Week (August 17-23) celebrations and events.
