THE ROLE Due to expansion, this company are seeking a proactive, sales-minded professional to join their team as a Sales Representative. You will conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify new business opportunities, identify leads through research, manage a sales pipeline in the company CRM, generate campaigns ideas alongside the marketing team and respond to ad hoc inbound enquiries. This role will suit a passionate, self motivated people-person who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sales acumen. DUTIES Undertake outbound calls to generate and qualify leads and business opportunities Respond to inbound enquiries via phone Conduct market research, update the company CRM and report weekly on sales pipeline activity Develop and maintain strong stakeholders relationships both internally and with external providers Book appointments, meetings and training sessions with prospect businesses SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in lead generation in a business development or sales role or similar Experience with B2B product sales preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable to communicate with all levels of stakeholders Strong sales acumen, with ability to think critically, strategically and creatively to meet challenges and pursue opportunities A team-player, who will take a hands-on approach and work collaboratively and enthusiastically within a team The role requires someone highly motivated who is excellent at building relationships HOW TO APPLY This is an amazing opportunity to join an interesting and innovative company in an exciting growth phase looking to double within 12 months time.
