Construction Project Manager Full Time Permanent Opportunity Hybrid Model Base Yourself in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne About the Role: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager working with our construction and development team. This role will lead the preparation, delivery and completion of our wind, solar and BESS projects. This role will oversee our developments and maintain compliance, budgets and obligations. Key Responsibilities including but not limited to: Lead the development of wind, solar and BESS projects through to full operation. Manage all EPC and grid connection contractual obligations and processes. Understand and met investor requirements. Promote and demonstrate achievement of company safety leadership and sustainability objectives, and act as a role model for risk-avoidance behaviours. Manage and report regularly to project owners on project progress, risks, issues, and milestones. Manage the construction budget and forecast the costs to completion. Ensure a smooth transition from construction to asset management upon completion. Skills & Experience Detailed knowledge of the renewable energy construction process. Understanding and experience in the construction management process. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and experience presenting reports to senior executives. Effective negotiation skills, and experience managing projects with budget and Engineering, science or commercial degree, or equivalent experience.
