Our Client, located in Port of Brisbane, is an e-commerce freight specialist, and works in conjunction with companies to streamline their services and offer an improved customer experience About the role: Maintaining and overseeing the efficiency of inventory control systems, including the layout and organisation of warehouse for optimal storage/retrieval of goods Supervise and delegate work to order pickers and packers, and liaise with operations staff to gauge the likelihood of order fulfillment Provide ongoing feedback to your direct reports Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe and positive working environment to employees Identify any improvements to enhance cost saving and efficiency Generate reports for inventory levels, as well as metrics for tracking order fulfillment About you: Experience in leading and motivating a team Strong understanding of warehouse functions including inventory control, WMS and WHS legislation Have a current forklift license Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
