Salesforce Administrator — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

Overview Duties Assist the team with administrative functions including access and authorisation provisioning, maintaining user roles, monitoring application metrics, security settings, profiles, sharing rules, workflow rules and data integrity Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration Manage Salesforce Sandboxes to support business/development teams Troubleshoot identified Salesforce issues and work with external vendors to resolve them. Assist in release planning to deploy projects and BAU fixes into Production Install and configure 3rd party packages Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users Provide support for Salesforce projects and work with team members including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, Cyber Security, Architects and Business Analysts Attend daily stand ups to review and discuss improvements Assisting with deployment related tasks Provide assistance in system integration/configuration tasks Essential Criteria 1. 1-2 years experience within Salesforce eco-system 2. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 Certification achieved or working towards 3. Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role 4. Salesforce product knowledge and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) 5. Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills and excellent communication skills 6. Experience using Data Loader and with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms Desirable criteria 1. Data management skills, including the ability to do meaningful analysis and manipulate data sets to enable loading into Salesforce using Data Loader or similar tools 2. Experience using SCRUM/ AGILE methodologies
