We are hiring casual Disability Workers to support our clients houses around QLD, specifically in regional suburbs such as: Townsville Cairns Mackay Toowoomba About the Role The role of a Disability Support Worker is to support clients with disabilities, focusing on skill development and enriching their lives through engaging, creative activities. Additionally, this role may involve providing in-home support for clients. As an integral part of our team, you'll be encouraged to utilise your passion and skills to support our clients to grow, develop, heal and feel empowered. About You: Willingness to travel both locally and interstate (with accommodation costs covered) Flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays Confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships, and supporting their unique needs. Resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
