About the Role: As a CSA Disability Support Worker, you will be engaged across multiple settings, including: - Home-Based Care - Disability Support - Community Access - Integrated Family Services - Transport - Respite Support Key Duties: It supports the needs of individuals with complex medical needs that require high physical support. Encouraging the customer's options for choice and control and empowering them at all times. Implementing and supporting behavioural plans and record keeping. Undertaking or assisting with daily household tasks, e.g., cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. Providing opportunities to develop skills. Accompanying them on outings and day-to-day activities such as shopping, appointments, and social outings.
