We are looking for a highly creative and adaptable individual with an excellent eye for detail and design. In this role you will implement creative direction, drive the big ideas for the category, and transform them into powerful and on-brand seasonal ranges. As Senior Designer you will implement and execute seasonal assortment plans and design briefs. With a focus on ensuring the BONDS brand is considered first, with the product ranges built around the brand aesthetic. This is a highly print-driven role and if you are someone who is passionate about print and colour and can create their own prints and repeats that would be highly advantageous. This is a fixed term opportunity Essential for your success is: 4 years' experience in Design Inspirational Leader with a passion for people, team development and mentorship Experience with managing deadlines for the team including direct reports A track record of commercial creativity Excellent stakeholder relationship skills An innovative, creative and collaborative approach to design An ability to work quickly and deliver a high output with multiple competing priorities - the pace across the design team is fast and you must be comfortable operating in a busy and fast-moving environment An ability to drive design projects from concept through to execution.
