Eight brands make up the portfolio of UCC in Australia and New Zealand, some of these include Mocopan, Toby’s Estate, Robert Harris, L’affare, and Atomic Coffee Roasters, About the role We are currently seeking a Part time Barista Trainer to provide quality training for our key accounts and café customers across South Australia. Based in Adelaide, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional accredited barista training for key accounts, across many sites, and café customers statewide and in some cases nationally. You will use your own car and be offered a competitive car allowance, therefore a reliable car and current full driver's license is essential. Regional and occasional interstate travel will also be required. This is a part-time role (15.2 hours/2 days a week), Monday to Friday (days negotiable). What will you do? You will deliver and assess coffee training courses for key accounts and independent cafes, ensuring training meets our world-class specifications and customer requirements. Building and maintaining professional relationships with key accounts and cafes, you will provide excellent customer service and complete Quality Assurance Checks at customer sites. Utilizing technology such as Microsoft Office applications, you will continuously improve coffee training materials and your own barista skills. Additionally, you will develop industry networks, undertake regional travel on a monthly basis, and handle basic administration tasks. About you: You have a passion for coffee and people, excelling in fast-paced environments and under pressure. Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team are complemented by your strong barista skills and eagerness to continue learning. With an understanding of and experience in the coffee industry, including desirable café management experience, you are confident in your professional presentation. You demonstrate the ability to train others effectively and possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the capability to work autonomously.
