About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge relating to installation and maintenance management of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment in single and multi-storey buildings similar to large, major health care facilities. Ability to prioritise works, projects, timeframes and manage costs, make responsible and accurate recommendations and produce an effective work output in terms of both quality and quantity without supervision. Ability to manage and coordinate major equipment installation and/or refurbishment projects. Ability to work effectively and safely as a member of a team or individually, and experience managing service contractors and/or interacting, communicating and negotiating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to effectively investigate problems, provide options and implement suitable solutions. Mandatory Requirements: Possession of a Queensland recognised Electrical Trade Qualification and licence.
