Nextt is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide compassionate care and assistance to our clients in and around Brisbane Role 1 - Wellington Point Client: 50-year-old female with non-verbal intellectual disability Support Needed: 24/7 1:1 support in client's SIL home. FEMALE ONLY Support Workers Responsibilities: Personal care assistance, including manual handling, transfers, and hoisting, Meal preparation support Hours: Alternating Fridays: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM; Ad-hoc casual shifts available Role 2 - Redland Bay Client: Male client diagnosed with intellectual disability resulting from a hypoxic birth injury and Autism Support Needed: 24/7 1:1 support in client's SIL home. MALE ONLY Support Workers Responsibilities: ADLs, fostering social interaction, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Hours: 2 different shifts, set fortnightly roster (36 - 45 hours/fortnight) Role 3 - Coorparoo Client: Male client identifies as First Nation. Client has ABI, Complex Behaviour issues, Support Needed: Daily Support in client's home.
