About the role We are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager reporting to the General Manager. You will oversee all daily activities and processes playing a critical role in steering business performance and growth. You will have previous experience in an Operations capacity, are highly driven and professional and ideally with construction industry knolwedge. You will be a dynamic leader, enjoy a busy and challenging role where you are capable of combining your experiences with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities for the role Manage the overall operations of the branch; ensure all directives are met and carried out in a cost effective and legally compliant manner. Effectively oversee the successful management of staff, productivity, quality control and safety requirements. Formulate strategic operational objectives, as well as maintain and improve management systems, processes and best practise. Manage budgets and forecasts, support growth and profitability, oversee existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Skills & experience Previous experience as Operations Manager role, construction industry experience desired. Commitment to client satisfaction, strong customer focus and results orientated. An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Strong financial acumen and human resource management. Effective communication and negotiation skills, team leadership and strengths is driving a positive team culture . You would be well presented, organised and professional with a proven track record in exceeding targets. Capable of maintaining a high standard of work.
