Customer Support Associate Location: Somerton Salary: $65,000 per year Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Status: Full-time About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the friendly voice that customers rely on? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team Key Responsibilities: Handle Incoming Calls: Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments, take messages, and ensure follow-ups are conducted promptly. Customer Assistance: Help customers lodge tickets over the phone using Zendesk, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently to prevent escalations. Information Gathering: Collect and log necessary details for callbacks and service requests, maintaining accurate records. Visitor Management: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Oversee the company sign-in and sign-out process, maintain security and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, and provide visitors with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) if required. Third-Party Coordination: Assist in coordinating pickups with services like FedEx and TNT, ensuring smooth and timely transactions. Additional Support: Perform data entry, create reports, and handle ad hoc duties as required by management or team members. Skills and Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric communication approach. Proficiency in English, with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Experience in using Zendesk or similar ticketing software is an advantage. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations is desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills.
