Customer Support Associate Location: Somerton Salary: $65,000 per year Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Status: Full-time About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the friendly voice that customers rely on? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team Key Responsibilities: Handle Incoming Calls: Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments, take messages, and ensure follow-ups are conducted promptly. Customer Assistance: Help customers lodge tickets over the phone using Zendesk, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently to prevent escalations. Information Gathering: Collect and log necessary details for callbacks and service requests, maintaining accurate records. Visitor Management: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Oversee the company sign-in and sign-out process, maintain security and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, and provide visitors with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) if required. Third-Party Coordination: Assist in coordinating pickups with services like FedEx and TNT, ensuring smooth and timely transactions. Additional Support: Perform data entry, create reports, and handle ad hoc duties as required by management or team members. Skills and Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric communication approach. Proficiency in English, with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Experience in using Zendesk or similar ticketing software is an advantage. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations is desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary of $65,000 per year. Above award pay rate.
