There will be paid orientation and shadow shifts to make your start as smooth as possible. We also need a relief disability worker. Same person and team but doing varied shifts to cover team members needing to take leave. Successful applicant First, we want the right person – see above We’ll start by calling you for a chat. Then we’ll organise a meet & greet with our person with disability and a few of the team. If everyone is happy to progress, we’ll set you up as an employee, provide orientation and two paid shadow shifts. You will need to provide us some essentials – but note the asterisks The legal right to work in Australia.
