Macquarie Park – Onsite Temp to Perm opportunitty - Immediate start Salary: $34 per hour super Please note, PR or Citizenship is essential for this role Perks: Free gym membership - once perm Vibrant office culture with regular social events Ample career advancement opportunities in a growing business Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders Accurately input data into systems in a timely manner Assist Coordinators/Allocators with job-related inquiries and changes Address customer concerns, including pricing and quotations, with professionalism Cultivate strong relationships with carriers and customers Provide administrative and operational support as needed Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures Requirements: Previous customer service experience in an office environment. Experience of working in logistics would be preferred - highlight anything relevant in a cover letter. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
