Sales Support — Artarmon, Willoughby Area

Job Description As a member of the Sales Support team, you will work with our BDM’s to help give our customers the best experience possible. Whether it’s answering the phone, responding to email requests, preparing quotes or processing orders you will bring care to everything you do. Key elements of the role include: Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team. Work with the BDM's to assist in meeting annual Sales targets. Build and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers. Providing support to customers in the BDM’s absence. Working with customers, sales, and internal teams you will help bring projects to life, ensuring they are delivered on time. Data entry including database management using company ERP system. Overseeing the entire order process from quote through to invoicing of goods. Accurate and appropriate product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards, and specifications. Accurate and timely creation of quotations and orders Follow up all customer enquiries to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
