We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the following roles Gaming Attendants Cocktail Bar Attendants These roles are ideal for those with a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in either mixology and or gaming operations. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment within our bar and gaming areas. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with flair and precision. Provide friendly and efficient service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the POS system. Assist and engage with patrons in the gaming area, providing friendly and efficient service. Operate and maintain gaming machines, ensuring they are clean, functional, and compliant with regulations. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers. Understanding of gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights up to 4.30am, weekends, and public holidays.
