The role of the Part Time Group EA provides a high level of professional administration and coordination support to the some assistance for other Asia Leaders based in Sydney. Client Details A multinational giant working in the technology space. Description The role of the Part Time Group EA provides a high level of professional administration and coordination support to the General Manager of the Asia Gaming Business and some assistance for other Asia Leaders based in Sydney. Main responsibilities include: Calendar Management - Calendar management for the GM and two other senior managers. Assist in organising meetings and scheduling appointments, taking responsibility for the total management of the calendars across multiple time zones. Prioritises own time, high-level manager's time. Makes administrative decisions and requests on behalf of high-level manager to provide complex calendar management. Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events. Travel - Responsible for the coordination and management of international and domestic travel including flights and accommodation for the leadership team and calendars populated to reflect the travel/accurately. Expenses - Accurate and timely submission of expenses for 3 leaders on a monthly-basis. Event Management (limited) - manages team off sites, team events and/or visiting executives, including venue sourcing and catering. Virtual off sites and using technology to create these events is possible. Client's On-boarding - Ensures all new hires are issued with required technology and ready to go upon start date in their location. Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure new hires have a simple, consistent, streamlined, and positive on-boarding experience; point of contact to settle new employees into the organisation. Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business, reporting lines and administrative processes and acts as an information resource to the business group. Adhoc - assist with any additional support requests from the Leadership Team as well as the wider team/other business segment. Profile Top 3 Hard Skills Required EA background Absolute proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Suite, OneNote, Teams expertise is essential Demonstrated experience with communication to executives and other EAs of partners, written and spoken. Large multinational experience, across different time-zones. Job Offer Typical Day in the Role: 20-24 hours/week. Eg 9:30-2:30 - there's flexibility in the role Need to have a Self- starting nature Job is more than expenses, making sure there aren't any diary conflicts Need to ask the questions - how can I help the business, who has powerpoint, how can I help the business get batter, Ask questions and seek out work to improve productivity and efficiency.
