Position Summary: Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates are providing service excellence with each customer experience Be a passionate, forward and inviting manager by providing motivation and support to the team Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Courtyard by Marriott Core values Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality through innovative and creative techniques.
