Your Role at Nextt: Join us in making a difference As a disability support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering support for our clients. Nextt are searching for a passionate, reliable FEMALE Support Worker to support a female client who has a great sense of humor and speaks Mandarin in Beverley Hills. Shifts available Tuesday 8am-11:30am - support with light domestic duties, organising participant for gym and preparing for work the following day. Wednesday 4:30-6:30pm - support with meal preparation and work for the following day. Thursday 4:30-6:30pm - support with meal preparation and work for the following day. Please note a permanent part-time contract will be considered after a period of 3 months working with the client. Your skills and experience: At least 3 years' experience being a support worker Experience with supporting someone with a brain injury Experience with assistance with daily life Requirements: To thrive at Nextt, bring your: Previous experience in disability support preferred Cert III or IV in Disability or equivalent qualification desirable Current First Aid and CPR certificates NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Australian Driver's License and access to a fully insured vehicle Join a team that's all about excellence in care At Nextt, we're dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our clients.
