Nextt is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide compassionate care and assistance to our clients in the Central Coast region. Role 1 - Noraville Client: Male participant with non-verbal intellectual disability, diabetes and epilepsy. Support Needed: 1:1 support home Responsibilities: Personal care assistance, including manual handling, transfers, and hoisting, community access Hours: Monday to Sunday: 8 AM - 10AM; 2PM - 4PM and 8PM - 10PM Role 2 - Lake Haven Client: Female participant with spinal cord injury Support Needed: 1:1 support home - x 2 support workers on each shift EXCEPT: 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM Plus Sleepover Responsibilities: Medication management, personal care, manual handling, daily living support, bowel therapy, wound management and catheter care Hours: 06:30 AM - 10:30 AM ; 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM ; 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ; 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM; 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM; 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sleepover Role 3 - Berkeley Vale Client: Male participant with non-verbal intellectual disability, diabetes and epilepsy. Support Needed: 1:1 support home - FEMALE ONLY Support Workers. Responsibilities: Medication management, personal care, manual handling, daily living support, bowel therapy, wound management, catheter care and community access Hours: 7-9AM x 7 days (2xSW's); 9AM - 2:30pm (community access shifts - must be able to drive a van); 2:30 - 7:30PM Why Choose Nextt?
