Electrician 2- 3 Week Contract Rate: $60.94 per hour full penalties for OT and LAHA Start date: Tuesday 11th June 2024 Starting Location - Thornton 6:30am start, minimum 8 hours but likely 10 – 12-hour days on site ( OT paid at paid at penalty rates) Travel and accommodation provided. Responsibilities & Duties: You will be working for our established client supporting their Site Services Team - they have equipment out at a number of Bureau of Meteorology sites (Mt Gambier, Wagga, Longreach) that requires maintenance. Inspection and repair on equipment including testing and reporting. Qualifications and Experience: Appropriate Trade qualification - Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Electrical site works on transformers, switchboards, etc Heavy industrial, mining, manufacturing, rail, bus, mine site or heavy machinery experience. Must be able to pass a medical drug and alcohol test. Must have steel toed boots, appropriate workwear, and basic tools.
