Job Description This is a great role to kick-start your career with Nine as a Sales Coordinator in our Radio division. You'll be responsible for supporting our sales team and delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group. The role will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry. Role Responsibilities: Booking and revising advertising schedules within the context of an advertising campaign Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email Data entry of advertising schedules to sales and traffic system Monitor movement of advertising schedule in the traffic system and act to ensure appropriate delivery General administrative tasks for Sales team.
