We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring our packaging visions to life. Description Design and develop packaging concepts for new and existing products. Create artwork and layouts for product packaging, including boxes, labels, and inserts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and competitor packaging. Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders. Work with external vendors to ensure high-quality production and execution of packaging designs. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders. Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and sustainability standards. Profile Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product packaging design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualise and implement innovative designs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
