Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our expanding retail team. What you'll do: The Retail manager is responsible in delivering and exceeding revenue budgets for the portfolio by use of best in class execution of retail initiatives, projects and standards in-terminals/stores and across all key touchpoints. The core responsibilities of the Retail Manager will be the management of contract performance, management and execution of lease administration and the development of join venture initiatives to drive revenue growth. About you: A flawless written and verbal communicator who implements the use of high level stakeholder management. The successful candidate firmly drives desired retail store standards & culture with regard to safety, security, operations, pricing, presentation, quality & customer service. Tertiary qualification (preferably a business/commerce related degree) or equivalent experience in a retail and/or an operations role dealing with middle management. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the retail field, with prior development & business growth methodologies experience. This role will require a high level communication with all levels of employees both internally and externally to the business.
