We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operator. You will be responsible for working with customers, technicians on Mondays and Tuesdays. Reporting to the Office Team Leader in a team focused environment, this is a great opportunity to utilise your professional skills daily. The role is a 6-month contract – 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday). There may be additional hours during peak times to cover staff leave also. What you'll do: Manage inbound and outbound phone calls. Deal with challenging customers in a professional manner. Book jobs with customer and schedule technician job runs. Maintain relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders. What you bring to the table: Proven experience working in an office environment with a strong call centre and customer service focus. Highly organized with a proven record of juggling multiple tasks and demands. Experience in a similar role, managing inbound and outbound phone calls with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Clear verbal communication skills. Accurate data entry skills.
