Call Centre Executive with a Sales Drive We are looking for a Call Centre Executive with Sales background. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills to build relationships with customers, answer their questions, and identify opportunities to introduce them to our client's valuable products and services. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, resolving inquiries and exceeding expectations Proactively identify customer needs and present relevant products and service solutions Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships Achieve and exceed sales targets in a supportive and competitive environment Process orders, payments, and troubleshoot any technical issues Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions effectively Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of call center experience (inbound and outbound preferred) with Sales.
