This full-time, permanent position will have you working across our Rivervale, Belmont, and Wilson locations, providing hands-on support and training, and being present at any key go-live events at other locations across WA. Key Responsibilities: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues swiftly. Offer prompt, approachable assistance to colleagues and stakeholders. Maintain and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Develop documentation and conduct training sessions. Perform regular maintenance and updates. Manage endpoint protection solutions and maintain high security standards. Provide excellent support to off-site users. Work with network and system administrators and the Service Desk team on cross-functional projects. What we’re looking for Certifications: CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Troubleshooting: Strong skills in resolving hardware and software issues. People Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in desktop operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols. Compliance: NDIS worker screening clearance (or willing to obtain). Mobility: Current C class driver's license.
