About the Role Reporting to the EUC & EMM Manager, the ICT Deployment Engineers are responsible for performing a range of tasks including End User Computing device imaging, rollouts, installations, data transfer, initial triage, and post-installation support. The EUC team are working on exciting projects including the replacement of the hospital paging system with mobile phones and customised applications. Your role will ensure assets are tagged, devices such as phones and charging docs are set up at the relevant locations and to also help users through the transition and upgrade. Key responsibilities include: Provide initial technical triage and resolution at first contact if possible. Log additional technical details on triage and point of case closure. Functional and hierarchical escalation of Incidents and Requests. Record interactions and data in accordance with required policies and procedures. Documenting deployment stages to maintain accurate and thorough records. This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role. About You You collaborate effectively within a team setting, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and offer support where needed. You actively listen and ask questions to understand service expectations and priorities. You possess good attention to detail for documentation purposes. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in installing End User Computing equipment and peripherals (highly regarded). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Previous experience in a similar role or a technical customer service role highly desirable. Previous Experience within a Healthcare environment is desired. Experience with project post go live support is desired.
