Responsibilities Lead the migration of legacy telephony systems to Genesys & Cisco Webex calling. Ensure minimal business/customer disruption during platform migrations. Identify and implement automation opportunities. Design and implement call flows. Provide advanced telephony troubleshooting. Manage the migration of phone services and numbers in collaboration with UCaaS technologies and partners. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical and business challenges. Offer strategic input on solutions and collaborate with technical teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze systems, develop preventative maintenance strategies, and monitor project timelines and quality. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communicate complex information to non-technical audiences. Provide third-level support for implemented solutions. Requirements Proven experience in communications management, including IP telephony development and administration. High-level technical expertise with voice technologies. Experience in a troubleshooting environment focused on critical customer challenges. Experience with Genesys Cloud, Cisco Voice platforms, Nice CXone, and Vonage.
