You will report to the Group Manager of Asset Management and be responsible for the development, stability and performance of Asset Care / Reliability systems and capability across the Bega Group. Other responsibilities: Lead elements of the Asset Care Practice deployment Early Equipment Management Operational Readiness Criticality, Condition & Capability Assessment Defect Elimination 5 Year Capital Planning Etc. Lead and coach on reliability engineering methodologies & techniques such as RCM/PMO/FMEA/Weibull/Critical Spares Analysis etc. Provide technical stewardship of the CMMS (MEX) Lead key engineering safety audit programs, such as ammonia systems, hazardous areas, structural audits etc. About you Previous Reliability Engineering experience, preferably within the Dairy Industry or other Food Processing Industries Engineering /Trade qualification is a must Strong experience in Asset Management techniques and processes Solid knowledge of equipment and engineering principles and High-level process improvement skills with analytical ability and strategic problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships at all levels The Bega Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
