Great organization looking for an Early Childhood Teacher ECT in the East with great pay Early Childhood Teacher ECT Eastern Suburbs SYDNEY (Multiple Locations) THE OFFER Top end pay rate - 50$ (experience dependant) Extra Annual Leave Per Month Close to Public Transport Long service leave after 5 years THE ROLE Support a team of educators in the delivery of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote children's holistic development across all developmental domains. Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community , ensuring open communication and collaboration. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development. Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, and integrate new knowledge into practice THE EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification to ECT) Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain). Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
