Competitive base salary of between $140,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation Fully maintained dual cab utility with fuel card Annual discretionary bonus Relocation assistance is also on offer for candidates applying from outside the Toowoomba region Lower cost of living Less than 2hrs from Brisbane and the Gold Coast The Role As the Senior Structural Engineer, your main focus will be to ensure the stability of the consultancy by upholding the quality and punctuality of its engineering deliverables. Additionally, you will play a key role in unlocking the business's expansion opportunities by streamlining processes and contributing to new business initiatives as needed Responsibilities: Producing and/ or reviewing structural designs Allocating jobs Liaising with clients and external stakeholders Conducting site inspections Providing leadership to, and assisting in the development of, other engineers through guidance and instruction You In order to succeed in the role, you must be a tertiary qualified Engineer with a demonstrable track record of success in a similar role. Requirements : Minimum of Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) RPEQ/CPEng – or evidence of progression towards achieving these accreditations Five years minimum Australian engineering consultancy experience Competency in any of the industry standard design software e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Microstran A systematic, logical and efficient design methodology/approach Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small cohesive team when required The Reward If successful, you will be afforded a seat at the table and the opportunity to put your mark on this well reputed business.
