About the Role An opportunity has now arisen for an Operational Readiness Engineer to act as a conduit between project & site engineering activities ensuring delivery of all engineering activities for major project to ensure effective handover of the project to operations. Reporting to the Lead Production Manager, key duties include: Conduct engineering & maintenance activities to support project delivery within production areas. Develop a detailed schedule of activities & liaise with departments to ensure strategies are implemented & executed. Participate in FMEA & Risk Assessments as required. Support engineering & maintenance functions, FAT, site installation & commissioning. Extensively liaise with Senior Management, internal and external key stakeholders. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field. Sound maintenance or process engineering background. Minimum 3 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective internal and external key stakeholder engagement.
