The role Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing incoming calls, and assisting with technical enquiries and orders. Providing clarity to customers and colleagues around product details and availability. Providing quotes on products. Nurturing exisiting customer relationships and being a first point of call for their product needs. Following up on quotes and enquiries. Assisting with advertising and attending trade shows as required. About you To be considered for this role, you will have: A keen interest in a long-term sales career. Outstanding customer service skills, and phone manner. Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite products.
