About the Company Our client is a non for profit organistion within the arts and events space. About the Role In this role you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding compliance. Duties Handling employee lifecycle queries Managing recruitment processes Advertising job vacancies Updating PDs and assisting with writing job adverts Coordinating interviews Preparing contracts & sending offer letters Overseeing onboarding Organising compliance checks and updating employee documents Assisting with first day inductions Managing offboarding - coordinating exit interviews etc. Reviewing probation periods with hiring managers Actively participating in staff meetings from a HR perspective Please note this a part-time opportunity with an immediate start for up to 6 months.
