We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our National Sales Manager. This role is perfect for someone from a background in Construction, Mechanical, Hydraulic (Plumbing), Industrial Consulting/Sales, or engineering/trades looking for a new challenge. Key responsibilities: Engage with clients and warm leads to discuss our services and understand their project needs. Schedule on-site or virtual appointments for the National Sales Manager. Work within structured telemarketing campaigns. Strategize to ensure optimal outcomes for the business and customers. Understand contracts and pricing proposals. Manage diary arrangements with clients. Deliver on personal and company goals. Requirements: Unrestricted Australian working rights (no temporary visas). Strong knowledge of Compressed Air, Oil/Lubrication, or Welding Gases sectors. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience using contemporary CRM platforms.
