They now need to grow their team to ensure they can meet the needs of the market and can promote their product to potential customers across the country -this is where the Sales Development Representative comes in The Role Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships and making sales to new customers, as well as assisting with brand awareness. With a background in the Early Childhood Sector, a good knowledge of compliance and a drive to produce results, you will use this expertise to help you to identify potential customers, establish relationships and demonstrate the benefits of the product to make a sale. You will have a genuine love of engaging with your customer base, adding value and identifying solutions. Duties Research the market, search for potential leads and build a pipeline. Contact prospective clients (Early Childhood Education Providers) and generate leads. Plan and implement a call structure that generates sales. Schedule and give product demonstrations to potential customers. Attend conferences, events and opportunities to raise brand awareness at venues across Australia. Meet sales targets and KPIs. Assist with the development of the marketing plan. Ensure the CRM is kept updated at all times. Skills and Experience An excellent knowledge of the Early Learning sector, particularly in relation to compliance. Experience in developing trusted relationships with customers and providing a solutions-focused sales approach. Lead generation via calls and events. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Highly organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple projects and ad hoc work simultaneously. A high level of ambition, and a self-starter who can work autonomously. A positive, collaborative and solution-focussed attitude.
