Are you an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager who is able to drive key partnerships with Australian retailers? Working closely and collaboratively with the entire team, they now require an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to support this growth and drive key partnerships with Australian retailers in their sector. This role is newly created due to an expansion in brands within. Snapshot of Responsibilities: Working closely with the Australian CEO you will set and establish sales and target market strategies with National Retail customers and develop new business opportunities; you know where the retail sales opportunities are, Revitalise current customers and introduce the brands to drive commercial sales outcomes, Utilise data to understand, interpret your retailer’s performance and take a proactive approach to providing solutions for any potential challenges, You will work cross functionally with all internal stakeholders and build relationships at all levels with ease to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes, You will follow up on all leads and maintain a meticulous call cycle to ensure regular contact with customers; you get back to people. You will need: Extensive retail or wholesale sales experience, ideally in a fashion related business ; product categories are irrelevant, your contacts and insights into working with the retail majors and their buyers is critical, To demonstrate a proven track record of sales growth and profitability in your core categories, you have strong commercial acumen, To know what the numbers are saying and have advanced analytical skills, no guess work here, Excellent negotiation and influencing skills where you will problem solve and solution sell, Exceptional presentation and communication skills, you take pride in this and are an ambassador at all times, To love what you do and genuinely want to provide successful commercial outcomes for your customers and your business; where you will also have a full working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
