We are seeking an individual who is passionate about early childhood education, values strong relationships with children and families, and aligns with our Christian ethos. Position Requirements: ACECQA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Progress towards a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood & Care, 0-8). Previous childcare service experience. Familiarity with National Quality Framework and Reggio Emilia approach. Create a safe, inclusive environment and knowledge of child protection principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills; model appropriate behaviour. Leadership skills, positive teamwork, and contribution to a reflective work culture. Plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with Reggio Emilia and EYLF; willingness for ongoing professional development. Essential Criteria: To have a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. To actively be a part of a Church or Christian community and exemplify Christian beliefs, behaviour, and practices. To accept the College’s Statement of Faith. Build co-operative and supportive relationships with the board, principal, staff, students and parents. Work to ensure personal best practice. Ensure that decision making is based on fact and is impartial and fair. Model the use of appropriate and proper channels of communication.
