Key Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Project Engineer to lead our division and contribute to the realisation of our vision. Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and execution of projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, scope, and deliverables. Monitor and report on project compliance, addressing any deviations promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle. Data Collection and Reporting: Oversee data collection and analysis efforts, providing transparent and informed insights to clients. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project performance and outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in stormwater management. Proactively implement best practices to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction. To be successful in our position you will have the ability to: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience in managing civil projects or related programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Commitment and passion to environmental sustainability and responsible project management. Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools along with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and use of CRM’s. Proven experience in successfully working autonomously and being a self-starter. Exceptional communications and negotiation skills in both written and verbal form Previous experience working in the Pipe, Waste or Construction Industry ideal.
