We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher who is dedicated to creating a friendly, caring, and active learning environment amongst a team of early childhood professionals, ensuring the centre consistently meets and exceeds the National Quality Standard. This role is based in the mainstream early learning and specialist inclusion program, working within a supportive and collaborative environment for preschool aged children within a leadership role. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will inspire a team of Educators to deliver a meaningful program through purposeful, intentional teaching practices, and build meaningful relationships with children and their families. You will have direct access to a dedicated team of Allied Health Professionals and Developmental Educators, to enhance children learning allow them to reach their full potential. What can you expect to be doing? Develop, deliver and evaluate the educational curriculum within the National Quality Framework, considering individual education plans that address the unique needs of the child. Establish and maintain positive, productive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Be actively involved in the mentoring of staff and students to ensure the highest levels of service delivery and program development. Assist the Early Learning Centre Coordinator with day-to-day leadership. What do you need to bring? Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent in line with ACECQA requirements. Current registration with the Teachers Registration Board. Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and childcare legislative and accreditation requirements. Experience as an Educational leader and the ability to lead, support and provide guidance to a team of educators. Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, children and your colleagues. Who is AnglicareSA?
